—THEN—

Get it??? "Thien and Noi" --then and now-- a little Viet Namese play on words???

(I know some smart-assed ASA linguist is gonna bust me on this one.)

This is me and my old high-school buddie, turned Army-buddie, Mike Wilson. Believe it or dont....we were in the same homeroom in High School for four years, graduated and were both sent to PhuBai...totally unbeknownst to each other until I turned up there in June '70 and there was Mike, I was moving into his room 12000 miles around the other side of the planet.

I was into Global Communications then.

This is me now...and my little girl Elizabeth, actually this is a couple years ago...she's grown a little.

You can see what a beautiful girl she's growing into here.

I'm into Global Communications now.

—THEN—

This is me and my old Army-buddie, Russel P. Haynes. The last I saw of him was when I went out to sunny California to visit him at his home in Sacramento after I got out in '72. Last I heard he was a prison guard at some prison in Susanville, CA.

He's been found! (Where's a DIT when you need one?) I was cruising Four11 and found his home address and phone number. I just called him this morning and he's been living a reclusive life, unburdened by any InterNet hook-ups, with his wife and two boys in Susanville, Ca. for the past 25 years.

Here's my whole family.

Teri, my wonderful wife and Elizabeth's mommy, Elizabeth and me.
